UK Delivery

* If the wedding/event is less than a week away, we recommend you select the Next Day delivery option. *

Standard Royal Mail delivery within 5 working days: £4.50

Royal Mail ‘Next Working Day’ delivery – order by 3pm for delivery by 1pm: £9.95

Large orders may be sent via Parcel Force a trackable 24/48h service.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 or 2 working days, subject to payment. However, we may take a little longer during the peak wedding season. Once your order has been dispatched the Royal Mail Tracked 24 postal service should arrive with you the next day. Royal Mail will email you direct with the tracking reference number.

Sample boxes are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post.

Next Day Deliveries:

This service is available on Monday to Thursday if you place your order before 3pm. Your items will arrive with you before 1pm the following day.

If you choose the Next Day option on a Friday, your items will arrive with you before 1pm the following Monday. (Excluding Bank Holidays).

If you choose the Next Day option on a Saturday or Sunday, your items will arrive with you before 1pm the following Tuesday.

Your order will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day guaranteed service: IT WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT. This is a fully trackable service.

Overseas Delivery

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for delivery.

International Tracked & Signed Airmail:

EUROPE Zone 1, 2 & 3: £20.00 per delivery box

WORLD Zone 1, 2 & 3: £35.00 per delivery box

International deliveries are sent with Royal Mail and their partners in the destination country. Most orders will be sent on the International Tracked & Signed service. This fully trackable service requires a signature upon receipt. When this service is unavailable (certain countries are excluded) we will the use alternative International Tracked or International Signed service.

Please note that all products are sold on a delivery duty-unpaid basis. Recipients are responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, or fees. Local delivery partners may also charge fees for processing import duties. Please check the duty & customs charges that may be applicable before you place your order. The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company cannot be held responsible for these costs.

We can only fit one confetti basket in each airmail delivery box. If you are ordering multiple baskets, you will be required to pay one airmail postal charge per delivery box.

The Confetti Office is currently open 10am – 4pm Monday to Thursday.

Please note: Our Personalised Confetti Cones are handmade to order, so please allow an additional 14 days for them to be created and dispatched. It is not possible to ask for Next Day delivery with these items.

We are sometimes asked why we don’t offer free delivery…  As much as we would LOVE to offer free shipping of your petals, we don’t feel it is a fair and transparent way to do business. It costs money to post a package. Any company that offers free delivery is hiding that cost in the product prices. Instead, we promise to keep our postage prices as low as possible, and get your order to you as quickly as we can.
